Our second visit from Murayama Sensei was again a fantastic event. Around 140 students attended the weekend seminar, a number of them attempting a dan grade.
Sensei was met at the airport by Sensei Steve Bolland who was very pleased to show Sensei his home town and dojo. Steve also took Sensei on the famous ferry across the river Mersey to the city of Liverpool. |

Dear Student & Supporters of Shitokai Murayama,
Murayama Sensei has allowed me to share these photos of himself as a young karate-ka. In so doing we can all appreciate the depth of his experience and knowledge, not least by the prestigious company he has enjoyed since beginning his karate journey in the early 1960s.
